      • More on the sector-boom-bust-boom- what happens on the bust phase? Supply gets taken off the market bigtime as distressed buyers step in and you also get very little new supply-thats how bottoms are made in any asset class- housing-stocks-commodity-business-ect. Right now we have seen about 49 Chinese companies go private probably taking off 5-8bill of supply. If you own FMCN you get paid money that gets recycled back into the market-hopefully in Chinese names also. At the bottom this is what you see as Supply gets taken out. In addition, the only new supply is of the highest quality-Last 2 IPO's VIPs up 150%-YY up 45% in which this all should turn sentiment in the group bigtime. In addition, If private equity(smartest guys) are buying say FMCN at 27$ they think its worth 35-40$ in Asia so it tells you where the value is. So if you took a Investment class what you are seeing is perfect example of a sector bottoming and companies that are left should either get bought up or go higher as sentiment turns positive. The big negative i have with EFUt and China is they need consolidation in the space- Efut should be sold and rolled up to one of the big ERP players-its a perfect for both of them but Chinese Ceo's and companies are not at this stage yet- maybe in the future.
