      done,
given ur whining, you might be rich...
i am always amused when punks start schoolboy garbage thinking they look so smart, and then begin whining when they get some back.
it demonstrates the self-entitling disney princess mentality they bring to economics.
you took one shot?? lololol... u showed ur butt and expected it to be kissed instead of spanked.
how, if you wanna go back to discussing some factual financial issues,
like how republitards cannot be trusted with american money, fine.

    • Doo: Shoot all you want, but why the nasty rhetoric?

      What's with "Democrap"?

How does that help a debate if you are genuinely interested in arguing substantively and not just trading childish barbs?

The anonymity of the web has degraded these message boards to mostly useless defamation and mindless ranting. I think you would behave much differently if you had to publically identify yourself.

      done,
      o. i get it. your are illiterate.
      that's explains the republitard bias.
none of my clients own brkb. not at this price.
if it had hit <63, a few weeks ago, they'da been in it.
but the typical overreaction to the buy back took out the opportunity.
      index fund...rotfl.
      how's the dow this year?
anybody dumb enuff to recommend index finds over brk is too ignorant to be commenting about it, unless there's a pre-existing bias--like all those who so suddenly showed up after wb began making self-evident comments like the rich not being spotted owls, and therefore not needing special federal protections.

    • Hey V, I take one shot and at your buddy and you're all over me like a cheap suit. But he comes back with crap that is truly foul and where are you?

      You must be another Democrap!

    • You have not been paying attention, as I have pointed out a number of times that the company is little more than a closed-end investment trust, and that an index fund might perform a bit better -- especially in view of the company's reliance on property-casualty insurance and reinsurance.

Why are you so angry? Is it because of your own failure to pay attention over the last several years that you, like many others, lost a good hunk of your net worth and you have nobody but yourself to blame?

Also, do you type with your thumbs?

      done,
yes: noting what empty headed republitard scumbags are doing to twist serious financial discussion towards their randian fantasies.
the thread header concerns the whining of the rich.
you would appear to be embracing their claims to to some natural entitlement, possibly as a result of limbaugh induced brain trauma.

      done,
what amusing about punks such as urself is that u think you matter.
notice your inability to discuss brkb?
      probably not.

    • baltbear@ymail.com baltbear Nov 22, 2011 8:27 PM Flag

      done,
when i take "shots" at things, there's a muzzle flash..unless as a good capitalist i farm the job out.
simply emntioning that repupliatrds cannpt be trusted with american money, and many would better serve the republic by moving to gitmo
is simple declarative description of the state of the country.

      vensh,
kinda harsh of you to expect somebody like that to have something to actually say.
