My dad too has prostate cancer and is surviving fine

My dad has prostate cancer too and he is surviving fine... statistics are that patients with prostate cancer (like my dad) they die of old age... not because of prostate cancer.... there are many medications and therapies which can prolong the life of a patient suffering from prostate cancer... My dad was diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer more than 3 years ago... and he is alive and well and doing just fine on medications.... my dad's prostate was removed with a surgery...however, the cancer cells had spread to other organs (such as lymph nodes and bones) around pelvis area ... so he continues to remain on medications and probably will have to those medications for life..... my dad's PSA level has come down significantly from 100 to 12 just taking medications (without chemotherapy) ... it is expected that my dad's PSA level will come down in single digits in coming months due to medications.... So with that said, Warren Buffet's diagnosis of this prostate cancer should not be a major concern for any Berkshire investors....Warren Buffet will do just fine... Anyhow, I wish him well and hope to see him and my dad recover fully.

I'm neither long nor short on BRK.A or BRK.B ... I do not have any positions.
