DuPont Rolling Out the Kullman Koolant

    Will Staggering Product Liability Follow?

Good Evening, Bonsoir, Guten Abend, Ni Hao,

Readers, DuPont Management and their PR hacks took to the media this week to brag about their big new factory in the Peoples Republic of China and rolling out their "innovation" in car A/C refrigerant, the super expensive Kullman Koolant (DuPont/Honeywell HFO1234yf).

As a personal observation, we see looming potential liability for car-makers and suppliers after the first
horrendous crash occurs and a busted condenser or refrigerant line leaks the Kullman Koolant over a very hot engine part and bursts into a flaming ball of toxic gas. This is the horrible scenario Daimler engineers found possible from their own independent investigations. The gas is so powerful, it can eat window glass!

Let's just say a medical doctor, a cardiologist, and his wife, a college professor and their three young children collide with a speeding drunk driver at Exit 16 on the New Jersey Turnpike, and they are incinerated and gassed in an explosion of leaking Kullman Koolant in their non-German automobile. What is it going to cost??

Frankly and personally, folks, we are not about to expose our wife and the kids to this kind of flame-out, no matter how remote the possibility....in order to save the planet from some sort of vague global warming promised by DuPont Management intent on inflating their bonus cheques.

Merely the evening thoughts of one investor and citizen at large...funfun..
