Misconduct of DuPont Employees/Agents Over the Internet

Open Letter to DuPont's Independent Directors

    Dear Director of DuPont,

As an independent Director on the DuPont Board, you may not be aware of the widespread misconduct of DuPont employees and agents at various internet investor and news sites. Their acts of flagrant abuse and retaliation are detrimental to the Company which you superintend for the benefit of the owners, DuPont shareholders. Please see the following communication:

Open Letter to Ellen J. Kullman: Your Employees Are Damaging Your Reputation and DuPont's Reputation!

Ellen J. Kullman, Chair & CEO, E. I .du Pont de Nemours and Company
1007 Market Street, Wilmington, DE 19898

    Dear Ms. Kullman,

The internet has become an increasingly major source of information on companies for investors, students and the public. People avidly read news and opinions on corporations from multitudinous sites.

You may not be aware that certain of your DuPont employees in various internet forums are engaging in practices that are highly detrimental to the reputation and image of DuPont and its leaders. DuPont employees, particularly in the AG arena, having proudly disclosed their employment with DuPont and in their zeal to promote DuPont have engaged in brazen misconduct and unsavory tactics, which include...

    * Mocking and smearing your own DuPont customers, including AG customers and those with legitimate claims from Imprelis caused consequences.

    * Smearing DuPont rivals, particularly Monsanto, with defamatory and systematic attacks in disgusting and sleazy fashion. That does not sit well with investors and with prospective seed and ag chemical customers.

    * Viciously vindictive personal attacks on outside commentators whose independent views they violently disagree with. Your employees' arrogant intolerance of others' views and their relentless attempts to disrupt boards and gut open and free discussion with stolen names, confusing identity theft reflects poorly on you and DuPont.

    funfundvierzig, DD shareholder

    • Readers, the hostile and abusive heckler shilling for DuPont Management below is not here for civil debate or to add supplementary facts to any open discussion. Given his Yahoo! Finance archive of messages, he is an obvious attack dog for DuPont Management having stalked the undersigned over the internet and initiated hundreds of off-subject personal attacks. Such is the DuPlicitous culture of the corrupt DuPont Company and its avowed employees and masked agents and rabid supporters. Why in the world would Honeywell partner with such a disreputable operation??

The relentless smear campaign to harass and intimidate and slience any investor who dares discuss this questionable Kullman Koolant means one thing: It is in big trouble, and there is growing worry about ultimate litigation liability if (and it's a matter of time) something goes terribly wrong on the highway in a serious wreck. Is the potentially explosively lethal Kullman Koolant an "acceptable risk"?

Investors in DD, not to mention HON, should beware and be wary. If you wish to read more, GOOGLE

      "DuPont Kullman Koolant" or,

      "HFO-1234yf fire danger"

Merely the opinion and observations of one individual retail investor...funfun..

    • Crying again funfundvierzig? Why are you crying instead of anwering the questions posed to you about the DD-HON coolant? You always say you want to debate. But as soon as somebody presents facts that counter your position you try to change subject. But as soon as people pose questions you can't or don't want to answer you bring out the insults and accusations. Trying again to dance away from the issue? Are we big bad critics disrupting your anti-DD agenda? Are we being mean to you again funfundvierzig?
