2) New investors - recent deep diligence - new investors don't get into a $10 million commitment without knowing what's going on
3) cash on hand up in 4th Q means better action on accounts receivable
4) Strong statement by management - bashing report categorically not accurate
5 Auditors working out
6) EARNINGS COMING OUT IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS
