I agree that the current price looks like an amazing LT value. That said, YE results come out in two weeks (March 24) and investors likely are nervous about the possibility of a restatement required by CVVT's new auditors. Who knows if there will be one and what it might look like? So I wouldn't be surprised if the stock drifts somewhat lower between now and March 24. You could look for a lower entry point. The safest approach would be to wait until results come out on the 24th and go from there. You might miss a nice bounce off the bottom. But if there were an ugly restatement you could miss a crash in the stock driven by crazed short sellers.
