Do have a link (or links) to any news stories that corraborate your claim? No cities in the area I live in (not just metro but state wide) have banned live animal sales. The pet industry continues to see solid growth for both live pets and the supplies they need. Analysts are forecasting this solid growth will continue for the foreseeable future.
I was wrong....weird how all the news headlines focused on the ban of live animals...when in actuality it's only Dogs, Cats and Rabbits (the pets that wind up in shelters the most). So Petsmart can continue selling birds and fish and reptiles...very little or no change...sorry about that.
