The same thing happened last January when the stock price got up to $9.98, but the rest of the year sucked. Did you see the 8K relating to compensation they filed on 14 Jan. I find it egregious. Gorman gets a bonus of $220K, four other "chiefs" get bonuses ranging from $109K to $151K. Gormans base salary will be $541K, the four other "chiefs" base salaries range from $321K to $445K. Gorman was granted 175K options, the others were granted 75K to 86K. The pigs were definitely at the trough. By every measure IMO it was a terrible year. VMAT compromised PII trial. Urocortin 2 shelved. No new compounds came out of the lab when Gorman on at least two occasions said there would be compounds coming out. Stock price was flat to down for the year and shareholders were diluted. There is more but you get the picture.
