(Cogito), an investor relations firm retained by New Energy to increase investor and industry awareness of New Energy. Cogito was paid a sum of ninety five thousand dollars ($95,000) by New Energy to cover the costs associated with the production and dissemination of New Energy Profit Alert, which includes a $9,500 coordinating fee which has been paid to Cogito."
