    Fidelity Stake

Can anybody confirm that Fidelity Investments took their 9% stake in the company in August right after the Carestream Deal was announced?

They did the $12 Million raise less than 3 weeks after the Carestream deal PR in late July.

Was Fidelity a holder prior to this time?? Or not??

    • Fidelity participated in the secondary. Don't remember the timing of the secondary, whether it was before or after the Carestream deal. Wellington was also a 500k share participant in said secondary
