Fidelity Stake
Can anybody confirm that Fidelity Investments took their 9% stake in the company in August right after the Carestream Deal was announced?
They did the $12 Million raise less than 3 weeks after the Carestream deal PR in late July.
Was Fidelity a holder prior to this time?? Or not??-
According to Morningstar Fidelity's subsidiary Pyramis Global Advisors owns 4% of the roughly 9% Fidelity holds in total.

Fidelity participated in the secondary. Don't remember the timing of the secondary, whether it was before or after the Carestream deal. Wellington was also a 500k share participant in said secondary

We will not know if Fidelity Investments and Wellington Capital increased their newly initiated stakes in UNXL until they file their quarterly holdings report in early February 2013....correct?
