I see you are an angry short. I do understand, lost retirement, leveraged the house, you have my sympathy. But I want you to know that your money will be well spent. Today was a blessing in disguise because I sold calls above 30 and bought on the negative dip. This is a great stock. See you at 40 (if you can still afford a compute).
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I'm fully invested, so a pull-back doesn't help me. Also, many friends/family/co-workers etc. have followed me in, and they are much weaker. While I don't mind a dip, they do and might sell at a loss when it will just go up in the future. These investors are representative of many investors out there that can't stomach the extreme volatility, so I "pump" (spread facts/news) in an attempt to limit unnecessary downside volatility.
The only way they could be negative is if they just bought today since we hit a new high. And as a seasoned investor you know that you are not always going to make money on the very first day. Hang in there, this stock IS going higher. In less than a month they are shipping and recognizing revenues and than the shorts are going to be sunk. They have themselves in huge hole and it is going to explode. Remember when you are long you have a downside, but when you are short there is no set loss since the stock can keep going up. This short call is going to be epic.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
cwtripps. I didn't say I was all-in, I said that I don't have any capital available to add. I do have other positions, I just set certain rules for myself involving position size @ cost and @ market.
Please do not put words into my mouth.
? congrats you made people money the issue is NOW you are fully invested...so you are screwed on pullbacks and you are "all in"
you just admitted your portfolio is highly risky now
at least people can see why you pump
gmeabrk (it won't let me respond to you). At first I thought your comment was in reference to something I said, and I was really confused. Then I re-read the title of this thread, and nearly fell out of my chair laughing. Thank you.
I've been in for a long time. I have a long way down before I start losing money. The only thing that will get me to sell at this point is catastrophically bad news. So far, so good.
