I wonder if the paperwork Reed referred to on the conference call was the paperwork needed for Kodak to come out of BK. Neither company wants anything to happen before Kodak officially comes out of BK, since that could give the creditors additional claims and the ability to slow things down.
Txamag: I am just thinking that since they have such a huge space in Rochester and once they start producing seems like they will be able to sell to anyone and having customers lining up that they will install more printing and plating lines. Might as well make all they can sell which will be more than 10% of the market. What does anyone else think? I agree with your point and also t7c7s7 that the ISO certification papers are still pending. But also dint Reed say that one company will buy even without the ISO certification papers in hand? But makes sense that they keep everything under cover so their creditors will not know how much money they will be making once they come out of BK. Less than two weeks and Kodak be out of BK and then they can come out and talk about everything.
I agree, and I was actually the first to post on here that the paperwork was related to ISO certification. This just popped in my head and I thought it was an interesting twist on what we all thought the paperwork was referring to. As I said, just a thought, nothing to substantiate it.
