Congrats... the strategy seems very promising and is well researched from what I can tell. From his testing the idea of tatical asset allocation reduces drawdown and increases returns. Having spent time developing futures trading systems I don't see this type of analysis being present up front very often. Plus they already have a 3 year real money track record of managing private monies using a similar if not identical strategy.
Also fees are structured to come down as investments increase which is nice. You can do some very sophisticated things in excel.
Always nice that the manager will also invest his own funds in the strategy which in this case appears to be + 90%.
