Imprelis Settlement Decision Today, Sept. 27, 2013 in U. S. District Ct, Philadelphia
DuPont's Customarily Secretive & Evasive Management Has Never Revealed the Massive Cost of Pending Imprelis Litigation Settlements.
Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag,
Readers, Ms. Kullman, the imperious Empress of Imprelis and her slippery TEAM have never disclosed to DuPont shareholders, the massive cost of Imprelis settlements pending in various federal and state courts across the land. Well, the tab for one big case might be put out on the counter very soon. The Judge in the U. S. District Court of Eastern Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia, according to earlier media reports, will be holding a Fairness Hearing today, Sept. 27, on the proposed settlement of a class action adjudicated in his tribunal.
Assuming approval, what excuse will DuPont Senior Management have to continue to downplay, spin, and cover-up this massive screw-up, the largest and most costly new product failure and ensuing environmental disaster in 21st century corporate America? While DuPont has already taken cumulative charges of nearly $1 billion, $900 million to be exact, those charges apply only to Imprelis claims submitted directly to DuPont to the Company's internal resolution programme. We believe conservatively, another $2 billion or more might be charged for multitudinous litigation settlements or judgements for tree-killing Imprelis.
Will the Philadelphia settlement hold? We have learned numerous claimants for tree losses and damages have rejected the settlement because they feel insulted by the cheap terms submitted by DuPont's truculent, stonewalling Management and their in-house little lawyers.
Stay tuned. Imprelis, will indeed and in fact tell us how corrupt and inept this integrity-decayed conglomerate really is.
Merely the morning column penned by one individual investor and long-time student of the Imprelis fraud-
mongering DuPont Company..funfun..
