bizarre trading pattern the last 2 days

my guess is someone is playing games and is trying to pump this stock up for a quick out...

Past two days, TSRA has been trading flat most of the day and then exactly around 3pm, it spikes more than $1 in the last hour of trading...

I would feel more comfortable seeing a more gradual rise than these sudden spikes, especially when there is no news to support these surges...

anyways, those who got in on IPO day are sitting pretty... so far...

    • There is nothing bizarre about the trading pattern. There are money managers who want in. After the initial pop post-IPO, this stock hung in there for almost two weeks at around 17-18. Refused to come down. That means that there were buyers waiting to pick up any shares available.

For the last two days, it seems that the buyers have decided that they better buy as much as possible before the stock goes higher. They wait all day long hoping to buy at a good price from impatient sellers. Towards the end of the day, they just keep buying regardless of price. Obviously they think that the stock will go much higher, just like AMKR and FORM.
