Well, the Wireless appeal is about a year and a half old, so a decision could come at almost any time (now up to a year). The amount at stake hasn't been officially estimated, but at the high end could run to $hundreds of millions. But breathe normally: whichever way it goes, further appeals are almost certain.
The DRAM appeal is behind that (and certain to be appealed); second AMKOR arbitration is behind that. Various lower court matters could happen on almost any schedule, but to the extent that real money is at stake they're likely to be appealed. Re-examination of key patents is likely to be concluded within the next year, but the result is unlikely to make much difference.
