Well, that was a boot in the face. Digital Optics results are too hard to project, so they won't say anything until effects show on the bottom line. Legal developments are too hard to predict so they won't so much as categorize those likely within the next quarter or two vs those likely to be farther off. Licensing revenues figure to be a declining portion of the company's business, so they won't mislead us by making predictions there. Nice plan to lower the P/E by repelling institutional investors.
I can only hope that they're planning to take THE OWNERS of the company off the hook by being taken out. And if they're taken out at any price that resembles today's market price, I'll be joining the class action.
