    Certiorari in DRAM matter?

If people are looking for tea leaves to read, I'll point one out. The DRAM Matter that started before ITC wound up with a circuit court affirming that even though a lot of DRAMs were sold on which royalties were owed to Tessera and not paid, there wasn't anyone to collect from (my summary). Tessera appealed to The Supreme Court. I don't know exactly when, and very much to the point I have no idea how long they might take before deciding whether to act on the appeal. So there's a place someone with the right specialized knowledge might turn public records (the appeal date) into a time-range during which we might get some news.

    • The DRAM case is dead at the Supreme Court. All you have to do is read the 10K.

On December 28, 2011, Tessera, Inc. filed a petition for certiorari in the U.S. Supreme Court. The U.S. Supreme Court denied the petition for certiorari on May 29, 2012. The ‘630 ITC Action is now concluded.
