It seems as though TSRA would be small potatoes to Starboardand the potential value added to their activism just can't be much. TSRA's essential IP properties appear to be relatively long in the tooth so stand alone value would not be greatly improved by splitting off optics and optics is jsut way too small to have much potential as a separate entity. Heck they were a separate entity (or two) not that long ago, and no synergy was seen by the melding together under TSRA, so why would revisiton to stand alone now create value? To me, the possibilities from Starboard's activism are minimal...... just an uninformed opinion.....
