Wanna over-interpret the 1/15 management shuffle?
Putting the general counsel in charge of "Tesera Intellectual Property" and not using the name "Invensas" in the body of the press release sounds like present thinking is to retain all of said business in the eventual "New Tessera" This appears to rule out what was always the least likely path for Tessera: spinning off IP licensing (It probably WOULD get a high price from a private equity pool) and going forward as DOC + the design business.
