Progresss in Amkor arbitration [non-] report
Such a flurry of communication from the silent monks! But this one is kind of minimal. When last we saw our combatants, Amkor was paying $20MM up front, with pretty much everyone agreeing that the final award was going to exceed $120MM. Grunting from Tessera hinted that it could be MUCH more than $120MM.
Now we learn that something decided by the arbitrator will assure that Tessera receives at least $130MM. That's IT. They also remark that the arbitration rules prevent any more informative disclosures at present (We know they were just DYING to say more)
Still, as I've had many occasions to say this earnings season, it's better than a sharp stick in the eye.
