I wrote to the DARPA contact and the information I received is that while the BAA is archived, if and when contracts are awarded, it will be posted on the FedBizOpps website. Also, JJ has informed me in the past that if Aethlon had been notified that their proposal was rejected that it would be considered a material event and they would publicize that information. So, for now, it appears that the BAA-12-36 is still a possibility. The DARPA contact also said that the government's current funding issues can also impact this process--I don't know exactly how to interpret that, but there you have it.
