It's approved for use in India. Go where you're wanted first. U.S. studies will further dilute and waste valuable time where people could actually be helped. Putzing around with the FDA will cost many more millions of dollars and more wasted years. Focus where you can actually do some good now.
Export to countries who want what you're offering. It's been over 12 years of mucking around with FDA. Take a hint. Go to countries that are receptive. So what if the U.S. is last to come around. Aethlon might actually start making some money from people who desperately need the treatment instead of on the backs of diluted shareholders.
The Indian middle class is enough of a market. According to one source, the middle class in India currently numbers some 50 million people, but by 2025 will have expanded dramatically to 583 million people—some 41 percent of the population.
Another reason to start in India is that it would be a good place to manufacture hemopurifiers.
It's the only place I'm aware of that Aethlon at least as a toe hold even if it's only by a toenail.
Continue to screw around with the FDA and you will be broke and out of business. The FDA is nothing more than the police force funded by BP. Maybe AEMD should do what CTSO did and apply for EU approval and it would open up 26 countries to sell in. As well, there are additional countries which accept the CE marking for commercialization. jmo
I agree with you about the US trials, but for other reasons. To clarify your statement 'it's approved in India', it is only approved for compassionate use in India. The real and unanswered question is, why didn't the Medanta BOD give full approval? The last data we saw in July 2012 was incredible (as JJ spun it), then nothing for a year and half! I'd like to know the real story over there so I can assert for myself how it would be any different in the US trials.
Compassionate use only???? Did they do the application by themselves, or did they get taken by an Indian lawyer who promised them full entry Too bad they didn't find someone with connections to medicine in the govt and pay the bribe. This is no time to be cheap with foreign govts!!
