Annaly Capital Management, Inc. Message Board

    lithenatual

I've been reading the old messages here, including yours. I am sad to discover that you have no short or long position in this stock. So now I am supposed to believe that you post here out of some sort of goodwill? That makes no sense. I also saw someone claim that you only post when the stock is dropping or struggling. That is true. And sad.

Anyway, I have been forced to revise my opinion of you. I now realize that you are no more than a petty con artist conducting a 'short and bash' on NLY. Here's the (now) all to obvious evidence:

Only writes negative posts (FUD in SEC lingo).
Only posts under an anonymous ID.
Posts here only for altruistic reasons (like we believe that).
Vast majority of posts coincide with falling stock prices and/or negative events.

I had a long talk with the SEC about these tactics. They say it is the same as 'pump and dump', only using short positions along with bashing. They told me that all I had to do was file a complaint and they would investigate you.

For the record I have done just that.

They said the easiest way to confirm your motives was to ask you to post using your real name. They said you would either continue to argue or simply change IDs rather than use your real name.

So prove the SEC wrong, change your ID to your actual name.

    • who the hell are you holier than thou? lithenatural is a good contributor to this board and your ass comes in late in the game starts making a little noise...get the fuck off this board

    • can i ask you one question? How come you dont go after the NLY cheerleaders, and accuse them of the same strategy you accuse me of? Maybe they are trying to cheerlead the stock up just to dump it.
I have no position in NLY at the present time. My records show (and the SEC can check this, chuckle chuckle) on 12/30/02.

All I can say is, if a bozo like you can prevent me from exercising my right to free speech and opinion on a stock, then this country is in a lot of trouble. You, sir, are a fascist. I am not twisting anybody's arm, threatening anyone, etc. I'm not even that negative on the stock (I have repeatedly advised long-termers that I dont think they should sell).
You on the other hand are threatening me with SEC action. If the SEC ever contacts me, I will sue your butt for harassment, you can be sure of that.
I will again state my opinion. I don't think NLY is a buy here. If that bothers you so much, you're living in the wrong country.

    • Excellent idea igneouss..I agree 100 percent with your post..Lithe has got to be a con artist. He always appears when there are problems and then has his little fit attack and then when NLY moves up again he disappears..then he claims that all of this is false..
Lets hope the SEC sends him a strong message..

I hope the SEC calls me on this. They will see I have no position on NLY, and have never been anything but long on NLY, and in fact never shorted a stock in my life. Then I will get your identities and sue this dude's butt for the NLY dividend he collects. Maybe I'll go after you for verbal harassment too.
