Would those of you worried about dilution feel better if the company had only half the number of shares out?, Half the number of dollars invested at a great spread? Half the amount of dividend paid?
Dilution, is what MREITS do, raise capital and invest it at a great return....just like a bank takes in deposits and loans those deposits at a higher rates for profits. Being upset over MREITS raising money to put to work making profits is just silly.
Beware of shorts, many posting on this board who claim to be worried about dilution may be trying to shake a few shares from weaker hands so they can cover a short position. Take a little time to study the price action after the last offering on Jan 3. You will find that buying shares at these reduced prices will quickly add to your bottom line.
