I'm new to REITs and have question on Annaly dividend. The payout ratios says 434% which I interpret to mean that they pay 423% more in dividends than they take in as income. Is this correct? and, if so, how can that dividend be sustained? Thanks
obviously if that was the case then it could not, must be a typo or something.
Yes, a typo of flub-up. AGNC shows 87%. It should be around 90%, by law.
