DO NOT BUY IN SINGLE DIGITS. ...... emergency funding coming..... 4 trillion dollar increase in national debt limit... no new taxes.... big increase in government spending.... huge growth in government.... 2013 market crash..... homes will drop by over 75%..... no jobs for the young as the old will need to work longer... feds can not afford to rise interest rates.... nly will close up shop, and top brass will walk away with pockets full of cash....

these guys are blinded by the dividend at the moment.
nly insiders are locking up "dead money" every day....
they keep dropping the dividend because they want to drive current shareholders out.
They have investors locked up in the $17.50 and fools who keep re-investing with the DRIP.
NLY management took quick measure to take that off the table!!!
I guess when this market does crash...the dollar bubble blows...there will be many people with much time on their hands.....and I will be making popcorn!!
