I heard the rumor that the new background check will include not only the applicant but also the mental health and crime record of everyone who has access to the building or vehicle, as well as all exes, work associates, neighbors, and students with a grudge .If everyone passes you can buy anything you like, up to and including a hydrogen bomb and a drone to deliver it.
