All you need to do to file a fraud class action lawsuit is to have been a shareholder of any amount of shares during the time the company did something really bad. What's really bad about ANX is how much they pay themselves and cronies among themselves with your money.
What was really bad was how they screamed that CoFactor was an important cancer drug when in reality it's #$%$.
Lawsuit won't help any of you duped shareholders. It will only enrich the greedy lawyers who file such a suit on your behalf.
Best thing to do is to engage the people at ANX who have screwed you so they don't screw others in the future. Try to teach these predators that the prey won't take a fleecing lying down.Sentiment: Strong Sell
