Yes it is, but then again everybody talks about firing the CEO when share price suffers, and this is just the perspective of one person who is obviously angry.
More constructive than trying to pin blame on someone is encouraging the company to work on rectifying the situation. Hopefully AVEO is working on that now.
Usually firing the top management signals a positive step it gives positive signal that company is trying to correct the problems and so the stock price will shoot higher.
I agree that he should be fired. If he has a little respect for himself he should resign now but I doubt that he will.
