do we punt or hold tight on High beta stocks??
doesn't look like an agreement is in site. Will the Repubs let the stock market creator?? will they let down the rich and powerful??
or will the F/over the street??-
I'll make this easy for the Dem's. Do you want our government running more things in this world like SS or the Postal service? Both bankrupt? Or do you want private enterprise that adds value and makes money? I pay more than my fair share of taxes, whoever claimed that highnet worth individuals don't pay taxes, please show me how that is done?

Raising taxes on high net worth individuals would have an unmeasureable effect on reducing the budget deficit. Eliminating welfare fraud would do the trick. Implement the Fair Tax (single sales tax), abolish the IRS, DEA, DOE, EPA, ATTF, etc. Raise interest rates to encourage people to deposit money into bank accounts, which would provide capital for banks to loan in order to stimulate businesses. Of course, in order to accomplish this, we would have to eliminate the current Marxist administration, and replace all of Congress.

So what will happen to the stock market if taxes go up on businesses?

A lot of BIG business's and high net worth individules pay very little if any taxes..........they should pay their fair share like the rest of us. Republicans are all for stiffing the little guy to protect their POLITICAL base (i.e. wealthy).
