A compare with the Quepasa-S H I T
2011 revenue of $11.9 million of Quepasa up 96% year-over-year, but this was not organic growth - the growh is result of a buy of a company with bigger revenues than Quepasa.
But this low 11.9 million were valued with 136 million - idiotic high 11.4-times-revenues. If the revenues of Local.com of 2011 were valued with 11.4-times-revenues, the market-cap must be 889 million. That would be by the exiting 22 million shares a share-price of $40 for Local.com, but the price of yesterday was only $2.40 and the market-cap idiotic low 53 million.
QPSA has the kids on line for hours...... Your search and different platforms unite buyers and sellers like maybe Amazon....Different business and models but if your crappy site dont stop the net tangible asset bleed we can buy you for little or nothing in another quarter--- look at your last balance sheet drain (((going down- 8,790 21,890 31,473))))... YOUR butts will be ours in 6 months I hope..... WE can turn your life around....
QPSA has a market cap of 149 million and LOCM 50 million with 10 million in cash. QSPA has about half your MKT in assets and cash....Your different platforms and search would be a great compliment to QPSA.... I have seen the page views and time people spend on MY YEARBOOK.... QPSA is only now going into mobile and monetizing their holdings.... I think QPSA should buy you..... But in no way is QPSA over valued to customs spending half the day in their network..... Take page views and time spent into consideration........ WESHOULD OWN YOU>
Whew! I was worried that you had left us permanently. I thought that maybe you'd found more success in your career and had been able to get off of the yahoo boards. My apologies to you that you did not.
Have you considered a career in retail? Or sales?
