It was old news from July 2011 and the courts threw the case out. I guess they conveniently forgot to mention that small detail. Just another opportunity for Buffet to load up on more shares.
He's added it to all his Birkshire fund portfollios and now owns 13% of the outstanding shares. He's is probably going to buy this one out like he did Burlington. So the question is, who are the idiots that are selling?
I am a buyer of this stock. But there is no way that Buffett buys them out if that is why you bought the stock I would not hold on. It is not going to happen. Just like most Buffett holdings he is an investor but does not want to run the companies he invests in.
