Help Stop Shorting place Limit order for $6 or above on your shares

I am not certain how this works but it does work. Place a limit sell order on you ONVO shares for $6 or higher and it prevents shorts from borrowing on them. It does work. if anyone can explain it to me please do...I am all ears

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Anyone long on ONVO. If you do the limit sell it does seem to work. We just did it today on SNFCA and it rose nearly 5%. If there is a sell order on your shares they can not short them. I suggest placing $6 or above. Limit sell with no expiration. After we tie up our shares the broker houses can not lend them for short sales. It is not always the case but most broker houses are restricted to the rules. Some brokers make money by holding your shares and also leading your share that they hold for short sales. Sort of double dipping.

For the brokerage that I deal with, TradeKing, any shares of any company that are held in a margin account can be borrowed by the brokerage to be lent. It is part of the agreement when opening an account. IRA or cash account shares cannot be lent.
