If they could go to full listing they would have already filed

The financials are what's holding them back. We will be hearing more.

    • No they actually could not have done it already. Until March, the company had a huge stain on its balance sheet- the warrant liabilities. This has been cleaned up with the December calls and then again the same thing happening in March. From these transactions, their balance sheet gained the cash from warrants being called, lowered liabilities and increased equity.

Additionally, the company became public through a reverse merger in 2012. To align dates better, ONVO recently changed their fiscal year. This was done for the sole purpose of uplisting as soon as possible. Like management has said several times, they expect to file an application by mid 2013 (lets assume end of June)

That is 3 months from now. The barriers still standing to this uplist are the number of independent board members and a possible price requirement. I am unsure if there needs to be a $4 minimum for at least 1 month prior to application (if someone may verify this).

Anyhow, the company has a full quarter to find independent board members and trade above $4. We have been above the $4 range before and with liver assay data coming up, I foresee going above it again.

    • This is a pretty useless post dude, I wish you wouldn't contribute to the worthless background noise. Do your homework just a bit before trying to enlighten us...

You're right that they can't uplist right now (this is no secret). There are known, attainable steps to filing that are being tackled remarkably quickly - I expect them to file in the summer. They're an early stage pharma - they won't be profitable, nor have Nasdaq-worthy financials anytime soon - Such companies can still uplist on the "Nasdaq-Capital Markets" (formerly called "smallcap")...
