NO PUMP OR SPIN REPORT: "LORAL said the arbitration panel DID UPHOLD Alcatel's claim that there were various breaches of the agreement by LORAL while the agreement was in effect. Specifically, Alcatel said LORAL violated agreements relating to the EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION as well as certain procedural or administrative provisions. • Bernie declares BK to avoid paying!

    • Okay, the good news is we are divorced from ALA. The bad news is we are most likely going to have to pay a fine. How much remains to be seen.

The very good news is Loral is now free to openly pursue other strategic business alliances!

It's coming together boys and girls.

    • DT. thanks for taking the time to explain every press release concerning lor. no matter what time of day, weekends too, you are right on the job.

without your keen analysis i would have to analyze them myself. i might even come to the conclusion some of them contain good news. but i needn't worry about that with you on the job.

      again thanks for whatever.

    • "(NOT GOOD NEWS)" If you've been paying attention you would know that there is never any "good news" when it comes to LOR. Of course I define good news as that which would result in LOR shares going up (over 3-cents) for two days in a row.

All news is bad news here despite the efforts of our pumpers.
