    New record for TIP

We now have negative nominal rates in 20 year TIPs--Benron has inspired the frontrunning that brings us the biggest bubble in t-bonds since Neanderthal times--remember back then return OF mammoth tusks were more important than return ON same.

    Good work Ken!!

    • Thanks jshaef1

If interest rates continue to languish at these low rates (uncle Ben seems to be in no rush to allow them to rise), then it only makes sense that the demand for this pot of Treasuries (TIP) which have already been assembled for this ETF and are at much higher rate of average return, will continue.

Since the average "life" of this pot of treasuries (again, TIP) is 5 years, even if the rates begin to inch upward, there is more than enough time to bail at my choice. In the meantime, I continue to benefit from both the continued appreciation as well as the monthly (usually paid) distribution.

Thanks again and have a good weekend!

      Good Investing, Ken
