    Turnover

    I did a search of the management turnover since the current CEO started in early 2002...

    4 CFO's
    3 head of marketing for IHOP
    3 head of IT
    3 head of HR
    3 or 4 heads of the IHOP business unit (since the acquisition of Applebee's in 2007)
    3 heads of R&D of the IHOP business unit
    2 heads of of Franchising
    3 Chief Legal Officers

    I can't tell what has happened at Applebee's since the acquisition (no press releases at least).

    Is this a normal level of turnover for a senior team? It seems very excessive.

      its a shame, they have had many company wide lay offs again this year, and more planned. It WAS a good company to work for

      I hear the turnstiles of pink notice doom are spinning overtime again for employees......

      They are turning so fast, its creating a wind tunnel in the office. They should turn it into a wind farm and harvest the electricity.

      Come happy, leave miserable and unemployed....unless you sit a tad higher in the chair than everyone else. Life is sunny there, filled with gum drops and jelly beans.
