Does anyone know how much the revised 2001 EPS of 0.32 to 0.40 differs from previous estimates? Yahoo just has N/A for estimated EPS?
As no analysts cover the company there is no consensus estimate. All I know is that the length of Slattery's prepared remarks is directly proportional to the state of non-performance by the company, and the remarks were very long.
I have a vague recollection that y2000 eps were supposed to be .68 so the actuals were significantly lower as is the estimate for y2001.What is significant is that this is the second consequtive year of positive earnings after a history of losses. Also significant is the price increase today on very heavy volume.
