These guys have done a great job of maintaining a strong balance sheet in some very trying times. At the current price you are buying $1 bills for .79 each and getting a public co. doing $17 mil. in revs. thrown in for free. FORD mgmt. should be using some of that huge cash stash to buyback their stock as long as it trades under book value. They can then use the shrs. they buy back to help pay for an acquisition. They have an opportunity to CREATE SHAREHOLDER VALUE. Can they see it????
My take is that there is no "moat" or anything proprietary about the products. They take customer specs and have a pouch made overseas for someone. You or I can find an overseas manufacturer with a few clicks or phone calls and cut out any middle man. They really don't have a product and the service is not of much value IMO.
