This is a water drive reservoir that has been produced from for some time now. The water/oil contact in the sand is quite high. This Zeke well is a high angle well with the last leg of it being nearly horizontal - targeting the top oil "window" of the sand. The 20' of perf's are in the nearly horizontal section. But, the amount of oil "pay" left in the sand is much less than 20'. Even so, the reservoir is big and, if successful, a wells like these can greatly enhance the ultimate oil recovery out of the reservoirs. Take a look at recent EXXI horizontal well success in the GOM (and reserve additions assoicated with it) for an example how a successful program can do.
