We've known about the increased cost of trucking since, oh, last summer when they started using it. And that was like 2 quarters before this quarter... keep up.
So that cost is a known quantity and factored in. And in reality, when you isolate that unexpected variable, they came in almost exactly on target- they predicted mine costs of $13 Million in their plans. Sounds like they are right on track, and you are trying really hard to find a reason to be negative and encouraging others to jump on your bandwagon.
I'm not expecting any cost surprises on the conference call- they have been transparent about their costs and developments. Are you expecting some sort of previously unannounced cost numbers? If so, are you trading on insider information?
where did you get this info on higher costs?? if the return is better than the up front cost will be higher untill they get an average timeframe and the cost will then go down. cost of doing business. depends on their milestone chart and when all the specific point of the sceduling is met...
