PCS has to merge even with the likes of T Mobile as they are out of Spectrum for a build out and no iphone to keep customers. not to mention they are all prepaid subs that can move on to better things and T mobile is only after a USA trade Listing even if only thru a Food Stamp company.
So just what has this merger got to offer. the real story is both will still be yrs behind Sprint as T Mobile has not even started a LTE build out and that will take yrs no matter how much cash you have to spend.
lol what a joke for the share holders of pcs. you get this thru you best dump fast as there would be no future
Sprint wants to Tag Team with a cable company and that in my mind is the bottom line.when you think about it a cable company can do more for Sprint then any low balling wireless company, Sprint already has thier pre paid area all set up but a Deal with a cable company would bring in more money then PCS/Leap could and not to mention the Spectrum as if Sprint really needs it with Clearwire and Clearwire is already in agreements with Leap so they like a back door partner anyways.
This should turn very interesting soon since Credit Sussie in still holding clearwires shares Google and Time Warner dumped and I would think they will do the same with Comcast should they get out.
lets not forget Credit Sussie has a high price target on both Sprint and CLWR
