I'm hanging on to ePlus for a buyout. I don't have a lot of confidence in their ability to grow their software business. But I do have confidence that they have positioned themselves well by having strong patents, cash flow and attorney's, to be a buyout candidate.
This not necessarly a sound reason for investing in a company, and its not the reason I initially bought ePLus 3 years ago. But it looks like its the best chance for this stock to trade over 15.
Information Technology spend will be back in fashion very soon. Eplus will benefit greatly when that happens especially with the increased client base and added sales professionals from their acquistions. I think we will be seeing some decent revenue numbers in the quarters ahead. Once sales exceed $1 billion annually more funds will pick it up along with investors.
