    As I have posted for several months - the only
    way for these staffing companies like Ciber to
    survive is consolidate and cut overhead. This includes
    the high compensated execs with their jet planes -
    they need to GO ! They have proven that they do not
    know how to manage a company. Providing strong
    leadership and staff motivation is not in their skill set -
    the $$ millions blinded their vision. So it is time
    for them to merge , sell and get the H___ out of the

    • getting bigger just means bigger jets, bigger
      options and bigger parachutes for those staying (and
      maybe also for those leaving). Business is down for the
      big guys too. Just look at EDS, Perot, Compuware,
      etc. But, a buyout might pull the stock up, at least
      temporarily. I think everyone, including analysts, thought new
      tech. development in large caps would sky rocket after
      Y2K, but it ain't happenin' quite yet.
