Why don't they try raising funds--at least once--by selling discounted shares to existing shareholders, based on the size of their holdings?

moth,the banks didn't need the money asap. The were planning one or two years out. I doubt if delcath has planned the company picnic.
Good question. The only rights offerings I have had were from bank stocks - and none of those since the mid-90s.I'm sure the daily posters alone could have come up with $2mil - especially for the PP price.
