It explains the whole NDA RTF and what took so long to gather the new 1.4 million data points. GEEZ people. I know it sucks we are at 1.50 but listen to the words that are coming out of his mouth. The August NDA submittal will contain ALL the data of ALL the patients that way an RTF a second time is highly unlikely because the FDA will have ALL the data. 100% of the data. Not 50%. Not 75%. Not 95%. 100%!!! Do you want Hobbs to give the FDA only what they ask and then file and the FDA wants more data. Then Hobbs will have to go back snd hire the same people to gather the patients files and enter in more data. That would be devasting for Hobbs to do. And who would say the hospitals would want to do it anyways a second time. So Hobbs gathered ALL the data instead of taking a risk of the FDA wanting more data a second time. Sounds like smart thinking to me. IMO
I know what you're saying man. I loved ENRON stock in the $70's and $80's I should really, really love it at whatever price it is at now! I would buy a boat load but I am having trouble placing the order. Who's the dummy now in 12 months then now?
IMO web cast should should have been before dilution. Tell the story get MM interest. Then possibly would have diluted less and raised more cash. Beginning to look like CEO / BOD doing a bit of back peddling and damage control. Yea I know web cast was probably arranged sometime ago. CEO / BOD need to do some damage control so far they are striking out for shareholders.
IMO. Thank god Hobbs did not bring the 1.50 price at the ASM. As soon as he would have said it it would have been the end of the ASM because that is all people would have asked questions about and we would have not received all the information we did get from Hobbs. Becaue it was a good speech and it did answer alot of questions people were in the dark about for awhile.
