    • The lawsuits will eventually end. All corporate/shareholder lawsuit do. There will be some sort of settlement and everyone will get a few pennies per share. The lawyers will get rich as they always do but that's that's all they really care about. There are many here who want the lawsuits to discover some sort of nefarious activity but even if by some chance they could, the lawyers would most likely just use that evidence as some sort of backroom leverage to up higher settlement and shareholders will get a few extra pennies while the lawyers get exponentially higher fees. Don't think for one moment the lawyers are looking for justice.

I am not a lawyer... one who posts among the best here is... so are a few I consult... I am interested in 'discovery' that might move BOD to act... some have said there is a "smoking gun"...
...and our legal system is what it is...
There are going to be more lawsuits perhaps if they can show any "fraud"... The key is that this co cannot prevail with current leadership.

And we have had a solution!!!--- ignored by Watson! Hobbs! Harold K!...

It is dead I am told... move on.

    • ATM stand for At The Market. This means that the company raises money by selling shares at the market price, rather than doing a secondary for a specific set price all at once. Essentially, it allows for continual dilution of shares on an ongoing basis.

    • If u dont see any then their not there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
