I mean why can't they admit they're wrong and change sides to be right. I guess it's like Frank said. Some people get their kicks from stomping on a dream. Paul
Sorry. I've been tied for a year. What's up?
Heh, this thread is as current today as it was then.
Except for long-lost Piezano and his deleted posts.
Hey, maybe lmao can sub for Piezano? His writing is not as good, and he sounds a little bit more dense than Piezano, but he's a pretty sociable guy and his language is cleaner.
(Still can't distinguish between "you're" and "your", though ;-)
I don't know which financial stocks you shorted but what is your position (if you're will to disclose it) with respect to goldman sachs? I'm thinking of going long this stock but I don't know when. Any advice? Paul
"why do you think we are wrong?"
personally I think you're wrong because you and gordon keep posting (ad nauseum) that yahoo will fall back to the mid teens any day now. I can't see this. the buyout scenario is just getting more complicated with time with more players entering the picture (and more postings on this message board). Let me get this straight; you're saying that all these players are going to walk away and forget all their stategies that they have cooked up over the last 6 mos (or maybe even longer) and just leave yahoo alone as it was before all this happend. Sorry I don't buy that kind of reasoning and that's why I think you and gordon have an agenda to protect (like maybe a large short postion) and you're in denial to protect your (wrong - headed) agenda. Paul
About your experience – no doubt – you probably have the skills.
There is no need for that much bashing on this board. We all lose and win some.
And I’m really ok weather I have 1 shares or 10.
You had good scenes of humor – WTF happen
I understand you – Kewl
I have been detained by a family member passing away.
I am long on yahoo for last 2 years – I have sold some and bought back at a lower level.
I started reading many post on here.
They sure have a lot of time on there hands.
Considering those two guys have no investment here.
Bashers - pure and simple.
